Resizing with upper/left corner anchored
When changing a prop/character/text box size, anchoring the upper left corner would make it a much precise process.

Its a great idea to anchor one end of the prop/character/text box, as needed. The current feature of not anchoring any of the 4 ends does not leave much choice for us to manipulate.
