After enter a text element have the cursor default to already enter/replace the placeholder text
It seems trivial, but it would be really nice (and efficient) upon double-clicking to enter a text element to allow for the text to either automatically be replaced as you begin typing or at least have the cursor already in the box to easily "select all and delete."
Having to click inside of the box after opening the element just seems like an unnecessary additional step when it's clear the purpose of the action was to begin to edit the text.
