Assets, especially people, need more consistent sizes and margins
It's really hard to move from one person position to another when the margins and sizes of the person asset are all over the place. Take Jane Pointing Down and Jane Presenting as an example. Jane Presenting is much bigger picture even when the asset height is set the same, because that Jane has no margin at the bottom: her feet are at the bottom border. Wheras Jane Pointing Down has a huge margin below her feet. This makes flowing presentations very tiresome to get smooth...
