Text animation timing : with previous
I used to animate with GoAnimate (now Vyond). One of the cool features of this tool is that it allows you to set the timing for your text animation. For instance, a series of text fields can appear simultaneously by using the animation option "with previous". Let's say I want to animate an image accompanied by some text field that explain my point. I'll set the text field #1 to "with previous", which means that it will be animated at the same time as my image. Then, for the text field #2, I'll use the same option, but with the needed delay. That way, as my main image is being animated, the text fields serve as "subtitles". Of course, in that case the hand animation drawing will not be used. The letters will still be "drawn" at the same speed, but will simply appear without the hand drawing them.
