Plus (+) button ABOVE minus (-) button in timing fields
The + and - symbols in the Delay and Duration fields should really be the other way round. Most people expect + indicating 'higher' to be stacked *higher* than -, indicating 'lower'.

It gets annoying... UP usually equates to "more" and down equates to "less"... but in this case... the buttons are reversed... so it's distracting... I hit the wrong button EVERY time.
