Any chance to offer a live chat support option in my account. Let's say I have questions and then they can go in a review a quick step process. show me a link where I went wrong and then boom. Problem solved.

You can reach us via chat from the solutions desk (https://support.doodly.com/en/support/solutions) currently. This will be approved so that we can consider adding chat in the software itself.
