Transitions to allow "seamless" backgrounds to pan with it.
I wanted to have a paper texture background but when any of the transitions are used the drawings move over the background. It would be good to have the option to allow the background to move with the transition, especially with camera panning.

This would also be for the "chalk board", it looks wrong panning without the chalkboard moving too....
