Timeline scene borders
Adding a black/white line (depending on the color of the scene) to differentiate when each scene begins/ends in the timeline

Yes, please! I find it very hard to distinguish between scenes--especially when you have to troubleshoot because you have extra empty scenes or you accidentally rearranged scenes, etc.
